The pulsation damping chamber is installed between the purge solenoid valve and the activated carbon container (adsorber). The chamber is designed to eliminate pulsations that occur during operation of the electromagnetic purge valve and prevent the transmission of pulsations to the adsorber (Fig. 2.66).
