Lighting system when entering and exiting the vehicle.

The lighting system when entering/leaving the vehicle ensures that the overhead light is switched on (the light switch is in the "DOOR" position) (door control)) interior lighting and additional lamps for lighting the area around the vehicle thresholds:
  • approximately 30 seconds after unlocking the driver's door and turning the ignition switch to the "LOCK" position (blocking) (the ignition key is removed from the lock);
  • approximately 15 seconds after all vehicle doors are closed (if the vehicle is equipped with a keyless entry and start system, the overhead interior light will turn on for approximately 5 seconds after the wearable card is "Advanced Key" appears outside the car);
  • approximately 15 seconds after removing the key from the ignition switch, when all doors are closed.

The front lamps and rear lamps are shown in Figure 1.83.

The lampshades are switched off in the following cases:
  • when turning the ignition switch to the "ON" position (ignition on), when all the doors of the car are closed;
  • when locking the driver's door.
