Your vehicle may be equipped with a remote door lock control system. In this case, one key is used for all locks (Fig. 1.13).

Cars not equipped with a remote control system are supplied with a set of regular keys (Fig. 1.14).

The key code is stamped on a tag attached to the key ring. Detach this tag and keep it in a safe place (not in the car) in case you need to make a replacement key. Also, write down the key code and keep the record in another safe and convenient place (but not in the car). If you lose your key, contact your authorized Mazda dealer and provide the key code for your vehicle.
