Place the clamp in the direction shown in Figure 5.34.
Make sure the clamp eye is locked in place.

Install the seal in the front pump housing using a special tool and a nylon hammer (Fig. 5.35).

Place the blades in the rotor so that the rounded edges fit into the cam (Fig. 5.36).

Install the stator ring in the front pump housing with the mark facing up (Fig. 5.37).
After installing the rear housing, manually rotate the shaft to check for smooth rotation.
Install the shaft into the front pump housing.
Install the pump and tighten the three mounting bolts.
Install the pressure sensor connector.
Install the drive belt.
Bleed the steering gear hydraulic circuit.
Check for leaks or leaks of hydraulic fluid.
Check and install the steering wheel.
