Caution: Improper handling of the side airbag sensor may result in accidental airbag deployment, which could result in serious injury.
Note: The side airbag sensor is located in the center pillar.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
To remove the door opening limiter, rotate the rear door speaker.

Remove in the order shown in Figure 8.20.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Adjust the front door.
