Remove the rear door trim.
Remove the plug.
Pull the rear door seal tight and remove the screw.
Loosen the bolt.

Remove the drop glass guide from the rear door glass guide (Fig. 8.23).
Raise the rear door glass until the rear door glass screw is visible.
Loosen the screw.

Insert your hand into the hole in the rear door unit and remove the glass (Fig. 8.24).
Install in the reverse order of removal.
