Height adjustment of rear seat headrests (Mazda 6 GG)

To raise the headrest, pull it up and set it to the desired position. To lower the headrest, press the locking button, then press the headrest down and set it to the desired position.

Adjust the head restraint so that the top edge of the head restraint cushion is level with the top of the passenger's ear. The top edge of the head restraint cushion should never be level with the passenger's neck.

Removal the headrest

To remove the head restraint from the seat, press the release button and then pull the head restraint upward.
