The shift block consists of a locking cable, a locking cam and a locking mechanism. The shift system directly tracks the movement of the slider block with a pin. This is done in order to increase the smoothness of operation and simplify the internal design. The mechanical shift locking system is essentially borrowed from modern PREMACY models.
