Pull back the edges of the rear bumper (wheel niche) outward to release the bumper locks (Fig. 8.42).

Remove in the order shown in Figure 8.43.

Remove the rear bumper.
Pull back the edges of the rear bumper (wheel niches) outward.
Attach the rear bumper to the body.
Press the rear bumper connectors toward the body to engage them into the bumper locks.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
