Checking the heater radiator (Mazda 6 GG)

Remove the air conditioning unit.

Remove the air conditioning unit heater radiator.

Check for cracks, damage and coolant leaks.

If any faults are detected, replace the heater radiator.

Check the plates for deformation.

To remove deformation, use a flat-head screwdriver.

Make sure that the inlet and outlet pipes of the heater radiator are not damaged.

If necessary, remove the deformation with pliers.
