Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove the center console and instrument panel.
4. Disconnect the hoses from the heater unit (indicated by arrows).
5. Remove the bolts and nuts from the evaporator unit and blower motor. Place the block to the side so that it does not interfere with the removal of the heater.
6. Loosen the nut (A) and remove the two upper nuts (B).
7. Unscrew the bottom nut (indicated by the arrow) heater block.
8. Remove the heater.
9. Unscrew the four bolts (indicated by arrows) heater radiator caps.
10. Remove the radiator from the heater unit.
Installation
11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
