Check the position of the automatic drive belt tensioner indicator mark (Fig. 2.74).
If the position of the mark is not correct, the drive belt must be replaced.
Note: In normal cases, checking the drive belt deflection/tension is not required, as the belt tension is provided by the automatic tensioner.
