On vehicles with adjustable rear suspension, disconnect the suspension adjustment motor connector.
Working from the luggage compartment, unscrew the nuts securing the upper support of the suspension strut, having first removed the cover.
Unscrew the mounting bolts 1 (see photo) of the suspension strut to the hub journal.
Unscrew the bolt securing the 2 longitudinal arm to the suspension strut and remove the strut.
Install the telescopic strut in the reverse order of removal, tightening the threaded connections to the appropriate torques.
