Type A



1. Insert the key into the lock and turn it to the right.

Type B



1. Open the door by pulling out the locking lever.

1. Turn the tank cap to the left and remove it.

2. Check that the cover is in the correct position after installation.
  • If the fuel cap needs to be replaced, only a genuine Mazda cap or a cap of the same type may be used.
  • If the fuel tank cap freezes in winter, press or tap it lightly to open it.

Warning! Fuel vapors can be very dangerous, so the engine must always be turned off when refueling. There must be no sparks or open flames near the filler neck.

Recommended fuel (for gasoline engines)



Your car is configured to run on gasoline no worse than AI-91. Otherwise, the engine must be adjusted in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Cars with injection engines



Your car is configured to run on gasoline no worse than AI-96. Otherwise, the engine must be configured in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

For diesel engine



If the engine is adjusted according to the data prescribed by the manufacturer, the vehicle can be operated on the following fuel:

Diesel fuel with a density greater than 0.82 (g/ml) (cetane number 40 or higher).
