Type A
1. Insert the key into the lock and turn it to the right.
Type B
1. Open the door by pulling out the locking lever.
Fuel tank cap
1. Turn the tank cap to the left and remove it.
2. Check that the cover is in the correct position after installation.
- If the fuel cap needs to be replaced, only a genuine Mazda cap or a cap of the same type may be used.
- If the fuel tank cap freezes in winter, press or tap it lightly to open it.

Diesel fuel with a density greater than 0.82 (g/ml) (cetane number 40 or higher).
