When the tailgate is opened, the rear shelf is raised by means of cords, improving access to the boot. The rear shelf can also be removed to increase boot space.
Removal the rear shelf
1. Loosen the cords on the tailgate.

2. Remove the shelf.
Warning: Due to the risk of injury in the event of emergency braking, only light items such as a jacket may be stored on the rear shelf.

3. To remove the spare tire, secure the spare tire cover strap to the tailgate hook.
Station wagon
Use a curtain if you want to protect your luggage from prying eyes or direct sunlight.
Caution: Do not place any objects on this curtain.

1. Take the curtain with your hand and guide it out of the hole and squeeze it from the sides.
2. Release the curtain so that it fits into the holes.
Note: Installing the curtain will be easier if you have an assistant to help you.

3. Insert the rods on the front edge into the four fasteners on the back side.

4. Pull the back of the curtain and attach the hooks to the loops.
Spare tire, jack, handle and tool
Sedan
The spare tire, jack, jack handle and tools are located in the trunk of the car.
Note: To prevent the jack, jack handle and tools from rattling when moving, they must be properly secured.
