Push the lever away from you to turn on the high beam headlights. To switch the headlights back to low beam, push the lever towards you and return it to its original position (pic. 1.60).
High beam signaling

To signal the high beam headlights, push the lever towards you as far as it will go (pic. 1.61). The rotary handle of the central light switch can be in any position. Release the lever and it will return to its original position (the high beam headlights will turn off).
Headlight corrector
The number of passengers in the car and the weight of the cargo carried in the luggage compartment affect the direction of the headlight beams in the vertical plane.
Automatic headlight range control
The direction of the light beams is automatically corrected when the headlights are turned on.
Manual headlight range control

The corrector handwheel located on the control panel allows you to manually adjust the tilt of the optical axes of the headlights (pic. 1.62).
Daytime lighting
Daytime running lights turn on automatically when the ignition switch is turned to position «ON» (ignition on). The daytime running light mode is turned off when the parking lights are turned on.
