Press the lever down (when turning left) or up (when turning right) to the fixed position (Fig. 1.63). The lever will automatically return to its original position, and the direction indicators will turn off when the car exits the turn. If the direction indicators continue to flash after completing the turn, return the lever to its original position forcibly. Flashing of the direction indicators is accompanied by flashing of the corresponding green indicators on the instrument panel.

Lane change alarm



Press the lever lightly in accordance with the direction of the maneuver being performed (without bringing the lever to the fixed position), to turn on the turn signals. Keep the lever pressed while changing lanes. When released, the lever will automatically return to its original position and the turn signals will turn off.

If the indicator is constantly on (not flashing) or flashes at an increased frequency, then the possible cause is that one of the turn signal lamps has burned out.
