2. Remove the following parts:
- Trunk floor.
- Trunk lid trim.
- Rear door sill trims.
3. Pry off cover A in the direction of the arrow (1) in the figure.
4. Loosen bolt B and remove the luggage net hook.
5. Using a flat-head screwdriver wrapped in electrical tape, move hooks C in the direction of the arrow (2) in the figure.
6. Remove cover D in the direction of the arrow (3) in the figure.
7. Unscrew screw E.
8. Remove the F retainer.
10. While holding the D-pillar trim with your hands, pull the trunk side trim in the direction of arrows (4), (5), (6), (7) to release clips H, hooks 1 and pin J.

11. Versions with 4:2:4 folding rear seat backrest: move the remote release lever to the side.
12. Disconnect the trunk light and rear socket connectors.
