2. Remove the following parts:
- Versions with hatch: roof hatch seal.
- A-pillar facings.
- Navigator's lamps.
- Sun visors.
- Front door sill trims.
- Rear door sill trims.
- Lower trims of B-pillars.
- Adjustable seat belt anchor covers.
- Upper front seat belt anchors.
- Upper trims of B-pillars.
- Ceiling handles.
- Trunk floor.
- Trunk lid trim.
- Side trims for the trunk.
- D-pillar trims.
- C-pillar facings.
3. Disconnect the overhead wire harness connector and remove the overhead wire harness connector clamp from the body.
4. Disconnect the hose from the rear washer.
5. Temporarily install the door seals shown in the figure to the ceiling.

Caution: If the fasteners are removed without temporarily installing the door seals, the ceiling trim may fall and be damaged. Before removing the fasteners, temporarily install the door seals to prevent the ceiling trim from falling.

6. Remove the fasteners.
7. Partially unscrew the door seals and remove the ceiling trim through the trunk lid opening.
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
