Fresh/Recirculated Air Damper Cable



Fresh/Recirculated Air Damper Cable


1. Set the fresh/circulated air lever to fresh air.

2. Connect the cable to the fresh/circulated air damper rod.

3. Set the damper to the fresh air position.

4. Secure the cable sheath to the body with a flat clamp.

1. Set the air distribution lever to the right as far as it will go (defrosting).

2. Connect the cable to the air distribution flap rod.

3. Set the damper to the defrost position.

4. Fasten the cable sheath to the bracket on the body.

Cable drive for temperature control



1. Install the mixing lever (temperature control lever) all the way to the left on "cold".



2. Connect the cable to the mixing valve rod.

3. Set the damper to the "cold" position.

4. Secure the cable sheath to the bracket on the body.

1. Set the fresh/circulated air lever to fresh air.

2. Connect the cable to the fresh/circulated air damper rod.

3. Set the damper to the fresh air position by moving the drive lever forward as far as it will go.

4. Secure the cable sheath to the body with a flat clamp.

1. Set the air distribution flap lever all the way to the right (defrosting).

2. Pull the lever down as far as it will go and attach the cable loop to the lever.

3. Pull the connecting rod down until it stops, then install the connecting rod on the mount.

4. Clamp the bar with a clamp.

5. Turn on the fan and leave it running at level 4. Switch the switch button on the control panel to all positions and check the air distribution.
