Installing Engine Support No. 1 (Mazda 6 GG)

Tighten engine mount bracket bolt A to a torque of 93.1–116.6 N·m.

Tighten engine mount bracket bolt B to a torque of 93.1–116.6 N·m.

Tighten the engine support bracket pinch bolt No.1 to a torque of 85.3–116.6 N·m.



Tighten the tie bolt B on the body to a tightening torque of 93.1–116.6 N·m (Fig. 2.98).

Install the remaining components in the reverse order of removal.

Start the engine. Check for leaks of engine oil, coolant, transmission oil, and fuel. Check the ignition advance angle setting, idle speed, and mixture composition.

Take it for a test drive.
