Install the connecting rod bearings into the connecting rod head and cap as shown in Figure 2.176.
Caution! When assembling and installing the connecting rod cap, align the connecting rod and connecting rod cap along the break line.
Tighten the connecting rod bolts in two steps.
Tightening torque:
- first dose - 26–32 N·m;
- second dose - 80–100°.
