Install a new cylinder head gasket without sealant.
Reinstall and center the cylinder head by inserting the bolt to the camshaft drive cover into the head hole.
Tighten the cylinder head bolt to the camshaft cover.
Install the camshaft by inserting its end into the sprocket. When installing the camshaft, make sure that the key does not fall out of the socket. Install the rocker arm lubrication line.
Lubricate the threads of the cylinder head bolts and their washers with engine oil.
Check the offset of the axis of the adjusting screws of the rocker arms relative to the axis of the exhaust valve stems, which should be 1 mm.
Insert the mounting bolts into the holes of the cylinder head and tighten them with a torque of 7.8-8.2 kgf·m in the sequence shown in the photo.
Check the installation of the camshaft drive chain and sprocket.
Install the cylinder head cover, then the intake and exhaust manifolds.
Connect the cooling system hoses.
Connect the connectors and attach the throttle control cable.
Fill the cooling system with liquid and remove air from it.
Start, warm up and stop the engine.
Adjust the valve clearances on a hot engine, as mentioned above.
Allow the engine to cool for at least two hours and finally tighten the cylinder head bolts.
