Setting the fuel level in the float chamber (Mazda Familia BF)

Remove and turn over the carburetor cover.

Measure the distance "X" between the plane of the cover joint and the lower point of the float (see fig.), which should be within 6-7 mm.



If there is a deviation from the norm, set the required distance by bending the tongue of the float lever.

Turn the carburetor cover over and measure the distance "Y" between the plane of the cover joint and the lower point of the float (see fig.), which should be within 45-49 mm.
