Disconnect the drain hose from the radiator and remove the radiator drain plug, placing a container under the radiator if necessary.

After draining the coolant, reattach the drain hose to the radiator, replacing the clamp, and tighten the radiator drain plug and the expansion tank plug.
Fill the system with coolant through the radiator filler neck.
Start and warm up the engine until the thermostat opens to remove air pockets.

Add fluid to the system if its level drops.
Check the fluid level, which should reach the lower edge of the radiator neck. If the level is lower and there are no signs of leakage in the system, top up the coolant. Screw in the radiator cap.
