2. Remove the rear disc brake components in the sequence shown in the figure.
1. Parking brake cable.
2. Hollow bolt.
3. Brake hose.
4. Bolts.
5. Caliper.
6. Brake pads.
7. Gaskets.
8. Holders.
9. Bolt.
10. Caliper bracket.
11. Guide pins.
12. Bushings.
13. Anthers.
14. Brake disc.
Note: replace the part with a new one after each removal.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- Clean the visible parts of the piston.
- Slowly rotating the piston with the special tool, fully press the piston into the cylinder so that the piston grooves are in the position shown in the figure.
- Install the support.
- Install the parking brake cable to the rear caliper.
Make sure the outer edge of the parking brake cable is securely engaged with the bracket.
4. After installation, add brake fluid to the reservoir, remove air from the brake system and check the brake fluid level in the reservoir again.
5. Press the brake pedal several times and check the following:
- The lugs of the brake pads are securely inserted into the grooves of the piston.
- Parking brake lever travel.
- Wedging brakes.
