1. Remove the front disc brake components in the order shown in the figure.

2. Brake hose
3. Bolt.
4. Support.
5. Brake pads.
6. Gaskets.
7. Holders.
8. Bolts.
9. Caliper bracket.
10. Guide pins.
11. Bushings.
12. Anthers.
13. Brake disc.


Note: replace the part with a new one after each removal.


2. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
  • Clean the visible parts of the piston.
  • Using a special device, press the piston into the cylinder.

Install the brake pads onto the caliper bracket.

3. After installation, add brake fluid to the reservoir, remove air from the brake system and check the brake fluid level in the reservoir again.

4. Press the brake pedal several times and, by turning the wheel by hand, make sure that the brakes do not stick.
