1. Bleed nipple cap.

Note:

: replace the part with a new one after each removal.

: use a special tool or device.

: apply brake fluid.


Disassemble the caliper in the sequence shown in the figure, taking into account the following:


  • Using a special tool, turn the piston counterclockwise and remove it from the caliper cylinder.

Assembly is carried out in reverse order, taking into account the following:
  • Install the dust cover on the piston.
  • Insert the edges of the dust boot installed on the piston into the groove of the caliper, as shown in the figure.

  • Slowly rotate the piston using a special tool until the piston is fully pressed into the cylinder.
