1. Bleed cap.
2. Bleeding port.
3. Piston.
4. Anther.
5. Piston seal.
6. Caliper housing.
Note:
: replace the part with a new one after each removal.
: use a special tool or attachments.
: apply brake fluid.
Disassemble the caliper in the sequence shown in the figure, taking into account the following:
- Using the special tool, turn the piston counterclockwise and remove from the caliper cylinder.
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following:
- Install the boot on the piston.
- Insert the edges of the dust boot installed on the piston into the groove of the caliper, as shown in the figure.
- Slowly rotate the piston using the special tool to fully press the piston into the cylinder.
- Make sure that the boot is securely inserted into the piston groove.
