Disassembling and assembling the caliper (Mazda BT-50 (1))

Remove the parts in the order they are numbered in the assembly drawing "Support".

Note: Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Notes on disassembly

1. Place the special device into the inner part of the caliper bracket. To push out the piston, supply compressed air through the inlet of the cylinder.

Caution: To prevent the piston from unexpectedly jumping out of the cylinder, supply compressed air into the cylinder carefully.

7. Using a screwdriver, remove the sealing cuff from the brake cylinder.

Caution: Do not damage the inner surface of the caliper cylinder.
