Disconnect the brake hose from the bracket, having first placed a container under the brake mechanism.
Plug the brake hose hole.
Loosen the guide pin mounting bolts.
Remove the brake caliper.
Remove the wheel hub cap.
Unscrew the hub nut with the washer.
Remove the brake disc assembly with the hub.
Loosen the brake disc mounting bolts and remove it from the hub.
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- tighten the threaded connections to the required torques;
- replace the front wheel hub nut;
- after installing the brake mechanism, bleed the hydraulic drive system to remove air.
