The use of anti-skid chains is permitted only on the drive (front) wheels. Only small-link chains of the appropriate size should be installed. The chains must be tightened every 500-1000 meters.
Chains must not be used when driving at speeds exceeding 50 km/h. On roads free of snow and ice, anti-skid chains must be removed.
