Removal
1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
Warning! This will erase the engine fault memory or the radio security code. Before disconnecting the battery, read the instructions in Section Removal and installation the battery.
2. Mark the position of the windshield wipers on the glass with adhesive tape so that they can be installed in their original position.
3. Unscrew the levers and remove them from the axles, having first removed the caps with a narrow screwdriver.
Installation
1. Place the levers in the final position on the wiper shafts and screw them on with force 15 Nm. In the final position, the windscreen wipers should be at a distance of 28-32 mm from the final surface of the decorative trim or air intake grille.
2. Install the caps on the wiper shafts.
3. Connect the ground cable to the battery.
4. Check the operation of the windshield wipers.
5. If available, set the time on the clock and set the security code for the radio receiver.
