Removal and installation/adjusting windshield washer nozzles (Mazda Familia BG)

Removal

1. Open the hood.

2. Disconnect the supply hose from the nozzles.

3. Remove the nozzles upwards from the hood, see also illustration MAZDA 323 since 10/89..

Installation

1. Insert the nozzles from the top and press them until they click into place.



2. Connect the supply hose.

3. If necessary, the spray direction of the nozzles can be adjusted with the needle.

4. The nozzles can be cleaned with compressed air.

Front windshield washer nozzles

The jet should hit the center of the windshield wiper field. Models from 10/89. Dimensions are given in mm.

Rear window washer nozzle

The jet should hit the upper part of the glass. Models from 10/89. Dimensions are given in mm.
