Continuous monitoring of the system status (Mazda 3 BK)

The failure diagnostic system monitors the condition of the following airbag system components:

• sAS block;
• airbag modules;
• side impact sensors;
• pyrotechnic seat belt pretensioners on the front seats;
• electrical wiring system;
• front passenger airbag switch.

The diagnostic module constantly monitors the system's readiness for operation. Monitoring of the system's condition begins from the moment the ignition is turned on and continues while the vehicle is moving.
