The torsional vibration damper, which prevents crankshaft vibration, is integrated into the toothed crankshaft pulley. The slot of the installation key, which is usually used to install the pulley on the crankshaft, is missing. To align the crankshaft pulley on the crankshaft, it is necessary to use the installation holes in the front engine cover and the crankshaft pulley. The anchor bolt of the crankshaft pulley has a tightening torque in the plastic zone, tightening is carried out in two stages. This ensures the stability of the bolt axis during tightening (Fig. 2.14).
