Height adjustment



1. Make sure that the height difference between the hood and body surfaces is within the norm.

a: 2.7-6.9 mm.

a: 2.7-6.9 mm.
b: 4.1~8.0mm.


2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

3. Remove the following parts:
  • Front fender trims.
  • Front bumper.
  • Front combination lights.
  • Front bumper sliders.
  • Fore wings.

4. Loosen the bolts and adjust the position of the hood cover.

5. Tighten the bolts.

6. Install the following parts:
  • Fore wings.
  • Front bumper sliders.
  • Front combination lights.
  • Front bumper.
  • Front fender trims.

7. Connect the negative battery terminal.

8. Adjust the headlights and fog lights.

Gap adjustment



1. Make sure that the gap between the hood and the body is within the norm.



a: -1.2~1.2mm

2. Rotate the rubber stops to adjust the height of the hood.
