Attention.
To avoid damage to electrical outlets or failure of the vehicle's electrical equipment, follow these instructions.
- It is prohibited to plug consumers with a power of more than 12 W into electrical outlets (voltage 12 V, direct current no more than 10 A).
- Do not plug into electrical outlets anything that is not a genuine Mazda accessory or is not fully equivalent to the latter. When electrical outlets are not in use, cover the outlets with covers to prevent liquids or foreign objects from getting into them.
- Make sure that the plug of the electrical appliance is correctly inserted into the socket.
- It is prohibited to plug the cigarette lighter into an electrical outlet.
Some devices may cause interference with the audio system when connected to the power outlet.
When some electrical devices are connected to the socket, they may affect the functioning of the vehicle's electrical system, and the battery charging system malfunction indicator may light up. In such a case, disconnect the electrical device and make sure that the problem is solved. If the problem is solved, disconnect the device from the socket and turn off the ignition. If the problem is not solved, contact an authorized Mazda dealer service station.
