The headlight washers are automatically switched on every fifth time the windshield washer is turned on.
If you need to turn on the headlight washers immediately, press the windshield wiper and washer control lever twice in succession.
Note:
If air gets into the headlight washer tubes (for example, when filling the washer reservoir for the first time on a new car or after filling an empty reservoir during the operation of the car), the fluid will not be supplied to the headlight lenses even when the control lever is pressed. In this case, do the following:
1. Start the engine.
2. Turn on the headlights.
3. Turn on the headlight washers several times by double-pressing the windshield wiper control lever until fluid begins to flow to the headlight lenses.
