Checking neutral sensor #1
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove neutral sensor No.1.
3. Check the continuity of the circuit between terminals A and B of the neutral sensor connector No.1.

If the results obtained are not normal, replace the neutral sensor with a new one.
Checking neutral sensor #2
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove neutral sensor No.2.
3. Check the continuity of the circuit between terminals B and C of the neutral sensor connector No.2.
