Note: The oxygen sensor is very sensitive, please observe the following precautions when operating:
- a) The oxygen sensor has a non-removable flexible conductor and connector that must not be separated from the sensor - this will cause damage to it;
- b) Grease, dirt and other contaminants must not get on the electrical connector and on the end of the sensor;
- c) Do not use any cleaning solvents:
- d) Do not drop the sensor or subject it to shock;
- e) The silicone cover must be installed in the correct position to prevent it from melting.
1. The sensor is located in the exhaust manifold and is accessible from the engine compartment (photo).

2. Since it is difficult to remove the sensor when the engine is cold, start the engine and let it warm up to 50°C.
3. Disconnect the electrical wire from the oxygen sensor.
4. Note the position of the silicone boot and carefully remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust manifold. Please note that excessive force may damage the threads. Inspect the sensor for damage.
5. Coat the threads of the sensor with a special anti-blocking compound to make it easier to remove in the future.
6 Install the sensor and clamp it securely.
7. Connect the electrical wire.
