Removal and installation power steering (Mazda Familia BF)

Removal and installation of the power steering are carried out in the same way as when removing and installing mechanical steering, taking into account the following:

• when removing:
• before disconnecting the pipes from the steering gear housing, clamp them with clamps and place a container under the steering gear housing to collect the remaining oil;
• when installing:
• replace the pipe cuffs;
• after connecting the pipes to the steering gear housing, remove the clamps from them;
• after installing the steering system, bleed the air from the power steering system.
