Loosen the oil pan mounting bolts and remove the oil pan mounting bolts from the camshaft drive cover.
Remove the cylinder head cover.
Remove the front cylinder head cover seal.
Turn the crankshaft until the piston of the 1st cylinder is at TDC.
Remove the crankshaft pulley.
Remove the chain tensioner.

Lock the camshaft from turning using a flat wrench on the flats on the shaft.
Loosen the camshaft sprocket mounting nut.
Slide the sprocket off the camshaft.
Remove the chain from the sprocket and remove the sprocket.
Remove the camshaft drive cover.
Remove the chain together with the crankshaft sprocket.

Remove the tensioner shoe and chain guide.
Wash the removed parts, check their technical condition and replace the faulty ones.
