- Test probe commercially available and available at petrol stations.
1. The antifreeze concentration should be checked regularly before the start of the winter season, especially if clean water has been added before.
2. Warm up the engine until the upper coolant hose to the radiator is at hand temperature.
3. Carefully open the cover of the expansion tank.
4. Draw coolant into the measuring probe and read the probe float. At the latitude of Germany, frost resistance should be up to -26°C, in areas with a very cold climate up to -40°C.
Adding antifreeze concentrate
Attention! Use only branded ethylene glycol-based anti-corrosion agent. Antifreeze concentrate must be suitable for aluminum parts of the cooling system. Do not use an alcohol-based antifreeze concentrate.

1. Close the cap on the expansion tank and check the frost resistance again after a test drive.
