2. Make sure there is fuel in the tank.
3. Open the bleed valve on the fuel filter.
4. Pump up fuel from the tank with a manual pump. The pump is located on top of the filter.
5. Pump until there are no air bubbles in the fuel coming out of the bleed valve.
6. With the hand pump pressed, close the bleed valve.
7. Pump with a hand pump (about 15 times), until resistance is felt when pressed.
8. If the engine does not start due to an air lock in the injection pipes, loosen the union nuts on the injectors and turn on the starter so that fuel comes out. Then tighten the nuts again and start the engine.
Attention! Make sure that diesel fuel does not get on the coolant hoses. If necessary, clean the hoses immediately. Corroded hoses should be replaced.
