
1. Turn the ignition on and off. The electromagnetic valve should click audibly.
2. If the valve does not click, check with a voltmeter whether voltage is applied to it when the ignition is on. If voltage is not applied, find and fix the wire break according to the diagram.
3. If no fault is found, disconnect the cable and unscrew the valve.
4. To unscrew the valve, disconnect the fuel line from the high-pressure fuel pump, having first loosened the clamp.

5. Disconnect the gas drive.
6. Connect a 12 V power source to the removed solenoid valve. The valve stem should retract, otherwise replace the valve.
7. Insert the new valve with the gasket and tighten it with force 25 Nm. Connect the cable to the valve.
8. Connect the fuel line and secure it with a clamp.
9. Connect and adjust the gas drive.
10. Remove air from the fuel system.
