Turn the ignition on and off, and you should hear a click from the solenoid valve. If the solenoid valve does not work, check with a voltmeter whether voltage is applied to the valve winding when the ignition is turned on. If there is no voltage, use the wiring diagram to determine the location of the break in the drive and repair the problem.
If no fault is found, disconnect the wire and remove the valve.

Connect the removed valve to a 12V power source: positive wire («+») to valve connector, wire «masses» («–») to the valve body, while the valve stem must be drawn into the valve (pic. 4.23). Otherwise, replace the valve.
Screw in a new valve with a gasket and tighten it to 25 Nm.
Connect the wire to the valve.
