
1. The oil pressure sensor should be checked if the control lamp on the instrument panel does not light or lights constantly. If the lamp lights constantly, you should first check the oil pressure. If the pressure is normal, you need to perform the following check.
2. Stop the engine and disconnect the Y/R plug from the oil pressure sensor.
3. Start the engine and short the Y/R plug to ground.
4. If the indicator lamp lights up, the sensor should be replaced. If the lamp does not light up, either the lamp itself is faulty or there is a break in the wires, check the wiring according to the diagram.
5. Connect the electrical cable to the oil pressure sensor.
