Gasoline engine
1. Check the oil level.
2. Warm up the engine, the oil temperature should be at least +80°C. This temperature is reached under normal conditions by driving 15 km.
3. Injector engine: Unscrew the intake manifold fastening.
4. Disconnect the cable from the oil pressure sensor and unscrew the sensor. Collect the leaking oil.
5. Screw in a suitable pressure gauge instead of the pressure sensor.

6. Start the engine, set it to run at the test speed and take readings.
7. Unscrew the pressure gauge.
8. Coat 2-3 threads of the oil pressure sensor with a sealant, such as Loctite 242, insert and screw the sensor with force 15 Nm.

9. Injector engine: Install the intake manifold mount and tighten with force 25 Nm and 45 Nm.
Oil pressure chart
| Engine | Oil pressure in Bar | Test number of revolutions |

Diesel engine

1. Unscrew the oil hose on the vacuum pump. Collect the leaking oil.

2. Screw a suitable pressure gauge with a branch pipe into the pipeline.
3. Start the engine, let it run at the test speed and take readings.
4. Remove the pressure gauge and branch pipe and screw the oil hose to the vacuum pump.
5. If the oil pressure does not correspond to the required value, see the table.
