When stopping your vehicle on or near the roadway of a street or road, as well as in all cases provided for by traffic regulations, turn on the hazard warning lights.

Press the hazard warning switch. All four lights and the side turn signal repeaters will flash. When the hazard warning lights are on, the corresponding indicators on the instrument cluster will flash.

Note:

When the hazard warning lights are on, the turn signal lights do not respond to the turn signal lights being turned on.

When towing a vehicle, use hazard warning lights in accordance with traffic regulations.

If the brake pedal is pressed while driving on a slippery road, the emergency braking alarm may be activated. In this case, all direction indicators will flash.

When the alarm is activated during emergency braking of the vehicle, all direction indicators automatically begin to flash at a high frequency in order to warn drivers of cars driving behind about a potential danger.
