Note:
- Maximum allowable bending of the connecting rod: 0.050 mm.
- Maximum permissible torsion: 0.050 mm.
- Center distance between connecting rod heads: 154.8 mm.
Checking the connecting rods of the cylinder block (Mazda CX-5KE)
1. Check the bending and twisting of the connecting rod using a special device. If the measured values exceed the maximum permissible value, replace the connecting rod with a new one.
